Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship to all EU countries. Estimated delivery times:

- Germany: 2–4 business days

- EU countries: 4–7 business days

- Other European countries (non-EU): 5–10 business days

- Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or customs checks.

Germany

- 0–1 kg → €4.90

- 1–5 kg → €12.90

- 5–10 kg → €16.90

- Above 10 kg → €25.90

EU countries

- 0–1 kg → €9.90

- 1–5 kg → €14.90

- 5–10 kg → €19.90

- Above 10 kg → €29.90

Order Tracking

All orders come with a tracking number. You will receive the tracking details via email once the order has shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Orders within the EU include VAT, no additional customs charges.

• Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

• Some oversized or fragile items may have additional shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages
